At Pulse, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for items damaged through misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve the problem quickly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain used personal items may not be eligible for return.
